In the second and final Test match played at Gabba, Brisbane, West Indies defeated Australia by 8 runs. In this match, all the players from West Indies performed very well and played an important role in the victory of their team.

However, during the match, West Indies wicketkeeper batsman Joshua de Silva made a big mistake, after which he is going viral on social media. In fact, during the fourth day of the second Test, Steve Smith and Nathan Lyon had drinks between overs. When both the Australian players were talking among themselves over drinks, Steve Smith had placed his bat near the stumps.

Joshua de Silva did not know this and he accidentally stepped on Steve Smith’s bat. This video is going viral on social media. Fox Cricket has shared this video on its official social media account. He wrote on the caption of this video, ‘It’s just a bat, right Smith?’

Due to the brilliant bowling of Shamar Joseph, West Indies won the second test against Australia.

The credit for this victory of West Indies goes to 24 year old young fast bowler Shamar Joseph (Shammar Joseph) who, despite being injured, broke Australia’s pride on the Gabba field. With this, West Indies has drawn this two-match Test series 1-1 on Australian soil.

Shamar Joseph bowled lethally and took 7 wickets for 68 runs in 11.5 overs and bowled out Australia for 207 runs in the fourth innings. For Australia, Steve Smith remained unbeaten after scoring 91 runs. Joseph received the Player of the Match and Player of the Series awards for his excellent performance.
