This is India’s first Test win in Cape Town
Team India has created history by defeating South Africa in the Cape Town Test. The visiting team, chasing the target of 79 runs on the second day, won by 7 wickets. This is India’s first win in Tests in Cape Town.
On the first day, Mohammed Siraj showed amazing bowling skills, while on the second day, Jasprit Bumrah performed brilliantly. Both the bowlers together took a total of 15 wickets in the match. Siraj was adjudged Player of the Match, while Bumrah and Dean Elgar were jointly awarded Player of the Series.
After this historic victory of India, social media veteran cricketers and fans praised Rohit Sharma and Company. Earlier, fans praised South African batsman Aiden Markram for his brilliant century.
