Young spinner Saumya Pandey completed a hat-trick in this match. He dismissed Jamshid Zadran, Noman Shah and Rahimullah Zurmati in three consecutive balls. He achieved this feat in the 17th over of the first innings.

In reply, on behalf of the Indian U-19 team, Adarsh Singh played an unbeaten inning of 112 runs in 107 balls with the help of 15 fours and two sixes and played an important role in his team’s victory. Apart from Adarsh Singh, Musheer Khan scored 39* runs. Indian U-19 team won this match by 6 wickets.
