Swapnil Singh, who came with the fifth over of Sunrisers Hyderabad’s innings, first trapped Aiden Markram LBW and then took the wicket of Heinrich Klaasen.

Today i.e. on 25th April, in the best match played in the Indian Premier League 2024, Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by 35 runs at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. In this match, all the players from Royal Challengers Bangalore performed very well and played an important role in the victory of their team.

Let us tell you, RCB batted first against Sunrisers Hyderabad and scored 206 runs losing 7 wickets in 20 overs. However, during Sunrisers Hyderabad’s innings, RCB’s young player Swapnil Singh bowled brilliantly and took two important wickets in the same over and brought his team back into the match. Swapnil Singh, who came with the fifth over of Sunrisers Hyderabad’s innings, first trapped Aiden Markram LBW and then took the wicket of Heinrich Klaasen.

Aiden Markram failed to score big against RCB and was out after scoring seven runs. Heinrich Klaasen could also score only seven runs against RCB. Swapnil Singh took two wickets for 40 runs in three overs against Sunrisers Hyderabad and played an important role in his team’s victory.

Talking about the match, for RCB, experienced batsman Virat Kohli played an inning of 51 runs while young batsman Rajat Patidar scored 50 runs in 20 balls with the help of 2 fours and 5 sixes. There was an important partnership of 65 runs between these two for the third wicket.

RCB captain Faf du Plessis contributed 25 runs while experienced all-rounder Cameron Green played a brilliant inning of 37* runs in 20 balls with the help of 5 fours. For Sunrisers Hyderabad, Jaydev Unadkat took three wickets for 30 runs in four overs while T Natarajan took two wickets. Captain Pat Cummins and Mayank Markande took one wicket each.

Sunrisers Hyderabad, chasing the target, failed to bat well and could only score 171 runs after losing 8 wickets in 20 overs. On behalf of the team, Shahbaz Ahmed played a valuable inning of 40* runs in 37 balls with the help of one four and one six. However, Shahbaz Ahmed failed to lead his team to victory. Apart from Shahbaz Ahmed, Abhishek Sharma contributed 31 runs while captain Pat Cummins also scored 31 runs. Nitish Reddy played an inning of 13 runs.
