Let us tell you, in the first T20 match played in Auckland, New Zealand defeated Pakistan by 46 runs. In this match, Tim Southee took four wickets for 25 runs in four overs for New Zealand. Tim Southee showed the way to Mohammad Rizwan, Iftikhar Ahmed, Abbas Afridi and Haris Rauf back to the pavilion in this match. Finn Allen played an explosive inning of 34 runs. Mark Chapman contributed 26 runs.

For Pakistan, captain Shaheen Shah Afridi and Abbas Afridi took 3 wickets each. Haris Rauf took two wickets. In reply, due to the lethal bowling of Tim Southee, Pakistan was all out for 180 runs in 18 overs. Babar Azam played an inning of 57 runs on behalf of the team.

Not only this, Mohammad Rizwan scored 25 runs while young player Sam Ayub contributed 27 runs. New Zealand is leading 1-0 in the 5-match T20 series.
