Indian cricket team’s batting superstar Virat Kohli (Virat Kohli) has recently built his new home in Alibaug near Mumbai, and before the T20I series against Afghanistan, he has shared a glimpse of his new holiday home with the fans.

The former Indian captain has built a very luxurious house on 10,000 square feet of land in a posh area of Alibaug and has said that this house reflects his personality. Virat Kohli has shared a video on his social media handle today on January 10.

In this video, while giving a tour of his holiday home, he says that for him, break means slowing down the everyday life a bit and spending some time in a calm environment with the family. This Architectural Digest-designed California Konkan-style four-bedroom villa features high ceilings, allowing natural light to flood in through windows and walls of glass.

A cozy living room in this two-storey villa in light green and white has no TV. Kohli told the reason behind this that this is a place for family conversation, hence there is no need of TV here. Virat Kohli’s villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen as well as a Balinese Sukabumi stone-clad temperature-controlled pool and Jacuzzi. A lot of greenery is also visible around Kohli’s grand villa.

Virat Kohli, in a video shared on X, said: “The most interesting feature is the double-height cut-out ceiling in the living space, as it lets in natural light. The more natural light, the better the energy. The moment you enter a holiday home, and the experience you have at that moment, are most important. I needed a holiday home that was completely relaxed, focused, peaceful, and felt like a home away from home.

For me my family is above all. I know I am busy playing cricket, but I always want to come back home as soon as possible. Work is a part of life, which is very important to balance. Many times we are not able to do this. We try to balance our life with work. I’m at a place now where work is a smaller part of my life, which I’m trying to balance now.”
