Rishabh Pant’s accident happened on 30 December 2022

On the morning of December 30, 2022, a tragic incident shook the hearts of Indian cricket fans as Rishabh Pant met with a horrific car accident on the Delhi-Dehradun Highway. After this, a CCTV footage shows that when he was going to his home to celebrate New Year with his family, his car collided with a divider and that is why the accident happened.

After this the Uttarakhand batsman managed to escape with the help of local people but he needed immediate medical attention. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) report revealed the seriousness of Pant’s injuries, stating that he suffered two cuts on his forehead and a torn ligament in his right knee.

There were bruises as well as scratches on his right wrist, ankle and toes. This incident shocked the fans, but despite serious injuries, Pant survived and this was a big relief for everyone.
